Dear MDSTAT Patient:

We at MDSTAT Urgent Care want to assure you all that our staff is here for you and any concerns you may have about coronavirus (COVID-19) during this difficult time. Currently we are offering more televists (phone visits) than ever before as a way to keep our patients; at ease, healthy and informed.  All our clinics are following both state and CDC guidelines for in-house treatments, cleanliness, and testing.

Although all of our locations are currently still open and seeing patients, please keep in mind social distancing is extremely important during these times.

Help us help you by:

  • Calling ahead whenever possible

  • Request a televisit or video visit with your provider

  • If coming to the clinics do not bring guests or family members unless they are an essential caregiver. Clinics access is currently restricted to patient only.

  • If you or someone you know is experiencing flu-like symptoms, including but not limited to; Shortness of breath, fever or cough, please call your local MDSTAT Clinic

  • Please keep in mind that COVID-19 test kits are still very limited. Your provider must determine if you are a candidate for testing. This can be done via televisit.

Check out our Patient Portal. If you are not currently signed up or would like more information, please call (916) 329-5696 for assistance.

Please remember to practice social distancing, wash your hands often, and avoid touching your face as much as possible.

We wish you and your family the best during these stressful times.
